These guys are highly venomous and are very common around rocky structures around Numbulwar. A bite from one of these can kill you in about 30 minutes and this specimen was very large and over 16 cms from it's head to end of one of its tentacles. Just after this one was found, another was located nearby at Rocky Point in August 2005.
